I didn't notice this. I wonder if the Wiwag situation have anything to do
with this. I wonder if there are other concerns down the road that caused
them to do this.

One thing about Sgc, I've had no problems with their guarantee. It's been
my experience that they stand behind their product!

I wonder what that qoutes means. Their is an implication of some sort of guarantee. "Cash Back"?

Does that mean PSA will refund the grading fee for a misgraded card, but not re-imburse for any loss of value associated with a lower grade being assigned to the card as a result of the review process?
