dear lord.. remember when griffey 89 UD card was actually going for that on ebay back in summer of 99???

wonder what those people are doing now that the local truck driver can now afford the same card lol

wow...talk about the biggest bust in sportscard history...

What did it peak at? It only goes to show that nothing is safe for modern, that it can be profitable, but only in a speculative and short term way.

I just saw a BIN on a BGS 9.5 89 UD Griffey for $500!!!!! FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS. Its almost worth it at that price with his current status. Maybe he will eeek it out to the 500 homerun mark before hes 40.
