Blackie...28 is a key date and worth a lot more than just the silver value on the Peace Dollar. I am going to guess what you have is a 28-S. Look on the reverse, at the bottom left of the eagle's tail wing, you will see "ONE DOLLAR". Look just to the left of that and see if you can see the letter S. You may need a loupe to see it. If it is NOT there, you have one of the more sought after coins in that series, even though it is a low grade condition wise. Let us know! \:\)
