I submitted a bunch of cards for the first time and already I am extremely happy with the service. I got an email that the order was received and someone called to explain that if I choose to use my FedEx account I might not get proper coverage should it be lost/damaged. I also could not remember if I checked the box to authenticate if a card would not get a numerical grade so I called and they said they would check. I submitted to another company and there was a fairly big mess up on their part and regardless of how many times I called I never got to speak to a person and my emails were never answered.... SGC has my vote so far... I should get them back in a week.
